Design Development

The foundation of a successful project is all about exploration and communication. We will then carry out surveys and building appraisals, together with any lease or dilapidation obligations.



Next, we will bring your project to life! Presenting our initial designs, together with guidance on furniture, so that you can visualise your new workplace. We will also deliver robust supporting budgets, an outline programme and an initial risk register. This stage helps you to make informed decisions and plan the way forward.

Following agreement to the project and environmental objectives, the next stage involves finalising all the details. With the advantage of employing our own direct management and workforce, we only need to source competitive costs for specialist work packages and suppliers. Developing a detailed service design, obtaining statutory and landlord approvals, together with preparation of commercially secure contract documents, are all part of our turnkey service.



From a secure foundation of professional experience and informed decision, we will deliver your project with a single point of contact and take care of everything. Our turnkey solution includes hands-on site management, financial control, furniture installation, risk management, quality control, plus churn moves and/or relocation. At handover, we will propose ongoing future support, in line with our client for life ethos.
