External and internal renewals & repairs together with Warehouse interior refurbishment, with the client in phased occupation.

External: Cleaning and replacement of damaged brickwork, new external doors and windows, drain repairs, car park and sleeping policeman repairs, repairs to cladding, repairs and replacement to roof including new skylights

Internal: Asbestos removal, stripping out, structural alterations, new partitions & suspended ceilings, new male & female & DDA toiles, Tea point and break out area, supply and installation of 2no. Internal cranes.
