The Manrose management team appointed Parogon to create their new headquarters at Suttons Business Park, Reading. Our brief: to amalgamate 3 existing premises into one central 120,000 sq. ft bespoke warehouse & office environment.

A key element of the Design was to connect the previously separate functions / departments, eliminating the physical divisions and providing a new collaborative working environment

The fit out included: new M & E services, extensive racking complete with structural framework, plant relocation with new compressed air installation, material hoist, office Fit out and new washroom facilities.
